Having experienced two different ops to the same eye with Dan Morris we have been impressed with him and all his staff. Mr Morrison is a kind, caring consultant who is sympathetic and puts you at ease immediately. He is easy to talk to and willing to take a phone call if you need help.

Just had my second cataract operation with Mr Morris. Excellent.
All very straightforward and efficient. Probably 30 minutes from initial contact to post operation cup of tea. You don’t see much during the operation so all the worry about needles in the eye was really redundant. Moderately uncomfortable eyes for  24 hours after the operation but no pain and then nothing much other than following the eye drop regime for a few weeks.
If you are worried about the proceedure, it is a natural but unwarranted concern. You are in the very best hands.

Dan performed two cataract operations for me over two weeks. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Dan was friendly, clear and reassuring with his explanations, and each of the two operations was calm, quick and practically painless. The service at the Nuffield Cardiff Bay was exemplary, with friendly support staff, nurses and anaesthetist looking after me brilliantly before and after.
